What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Money Order, Travelers Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. NO CHECKS!!!
Do dressers need to be emptied?
You can leave clothing and linens, however heavier items such as books, paperwork, records, tapes, cd's and any fragile, breakable, and valuable items should be removed.
Does everything need to be packed in advance?
NO. We are happy to do the packing for you. However, inform us in advance of any packing so that we can bring the needed packing materials.
Will you assemble and disassemble my furniture?
Yes we do basic furniture assembly, and disassembly.
Is tipping required?
NO! Though tipping is not required it is common for customers who feel a good job was done to tip the movers.
Are you licensed and insured?
YES! We have all licenses and insurance required by the state of Florida to operate as a mover.
How far in advance do I need to book my move?
In many cases we can provide same day service, but we do suggest 1 -2 weeks in advance to get the day and time you prefer.
Do you use temporary workers?
NO!! When hiring we look for movers with at least 2 years of moving experience.
Will you pad my furniture?
YES! Our moving trucks arrive fully equipped with pads, dollies, and tools. |
